08:30 Martlesham Monthly - Magazine Production

Please Can You Spare a Few Hours a Month to Help Martlesham Monthly

The Martlesham Monthly relies entirely on voluntary helpers to collate, staple and deliver the magazine. For various reasons, several of our helpers have now left and we need more help. We are asking for help for approximately:

1 hour per month for delivering at the beginning of each month.
OR
3 – 4 hours on the morning of the last Thursday of every month for collating and stapling.

If you can help with the collating and stapling. We meet in the Hall of St Michael’s Church and refreshments are provided.

Please call Kay Hall 01473 626169 or email mikej.hall@btinternet.com

If you can help to deliver Martlesham Monthly, please contact Rob Webb 01473 625786 or email webbrn@btinternet.com

2,850 copies of The Martlesham Monthly are distributed to all households and businesses in Martlesham and Brightwell every month. There is also The Talking Martlesham Monthly for the visually impaired. You can also have it read to you, or read it online at www.martlesham.org.uk

Martlesham Monthly also supports local causes in need of small injections of cash, and regularly supports other, larger charities.

Some of our recent benefactors are:
The East Anglian Air Ambulance, EACH, The Martlesham Responders, Music on the Green, Martlesham in Bloom and donation to Birchwood Primary School for Musical Instruments. We also maintain the Windsock and organise and pay for the Christmas Tree in The Square.

This is only achieved as we have so many helpers who give their time and effort free of charge.

PLEASE HELP US TO HELP THE COMMUNITY
If you cannot help us perhaps you know somebody who can so please put them in touch with us.
