Tasks currently include word-processing, e-mails, telephone/voicemail, filing, minute-taking at Meetings (one per month), keeping the diary of events on the Village Green, dealing with transfers of membership, maintenance charge payments etc. The hours would be about 18 hours a week for one person but could be shared. There is remuneration for this post. The majority of the work can be undertaken in your own home, with occasional visits to the office and of course attendance at the monthly meetings.
